The next time you are in for a facial try our new

After being diagnosed with a condition that can
be managed with several therapies including massage,
I began to try several massage therapists in and
around Greenwood. I knew of Skin Essentials through
a business relationship with Phyllis so I decided
to try her spa for my massage therapy. I had my
first session with Hope Pittavino a few years ago.
Hope was the first therapist that let me guide her
through what I had learned at a clinic for people
with my condition. I gave her some information on
my condition which she studied and tailored my massage
to fit what I needed. I have been seeing Hope every
two weeks for several years and she helps me to
keep going. The whole spa staff and atmosphere is
great; I am always greeted with kind words and a
huge smile, usually from Kim Sherrer, the Manager.
I truly feel like everyone at the spa is concerned
about my well being. I have had massages throughout
the country and on many cruises, but I can truly
say that I always look forward to coming back to
Skin Essentials.

Dear Phyllis,
The reason I’m sending this card is because
of the exceptional service I’ve received from
April Anderson. I’ve worked in customer service
for 13 years and know how important customer service
is for a business and April has definitely exceeded
my expectations, which is rare these days! I now
understand why April has such a great reputation
in Greenwood and why everyone raves about her. She
really cares about her clients and does everything
she can to make sure I’m comfortable and happy
with the results I get. She’s a great esthetician.
I’ve had three microdermabrasion sessions
so far. The afternoon of my 3rd appointment I wasn’t
feeling well and although I felt bad, I made myself
keep the appointment because I’d been looking
forward to it all week. April went above and beyond
to make sure I was comfortable and even spent extra
time with me. The massaging helped to relax me which
helped out greatly with the pain I had. I wanted
to make sure April gets the recognition she deserves
and has truly earned with her attention to detail.
Please let her know how much her clients appreciate
her! In addition to my microderm, all of the services
I have received have been wonderful and I will continue
to recommend Skin Essentials to family, friends
and colleagues.
